Customer provided with service inspection\r\n      report.\r\n      \u2022 Parts not included in the contact and will be\r\n      invoiced separately\r\n      \u2022 Labour and travelling expenses per call out\r\n      included either from ForenteQ or outsourced to\r\n      the manufacturer Attestor Forensics GmbH (if\r\n      required)\r\n      \u2022 Call out defined as one specfic reported issue\r\n      regardless of number of visited required to fix the\r\n      issue.\r\n      \u2022 Includes IS017025 traceable calibration of\r\n      MEGAfume and MOBIfume systems carried out\r\n      at the same time as the PM visit.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The standard terms and conditions have been attached for your information, if you are unable to comply with our terms and conditions please do not bid for this contract.  MPS standards terms will not be amended for contracts less than \u00a350,000 in value.",
