Description

Schools Expansion Phase 2b Works: Palmerston Works Contract. \r The council has delivered two stages of SEN schools' expansion which are now complete. A further phase of work is now required, known as phase 2b, to accommodate additional school pupil demand. \r Direct award via Pagabo framework, a separate award was made for the PCSA under DN759725, this award is for the associated works contract\r Works defect period is included 12 months following contract (est dates 6/12/25-05/12/2026, subject to on time completion of works )
