    "description": "The Council is seeking a Service Provider to deliver a reliable and efficient bunkered fuel service to support its Passenger Fleet Transport operations. This fleet is integral to fulfilling the Council\u0027s statutory responsibilities, including providing transportation for service users such as vulnerable adults and children to special educational needs or disability establishments.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe Council requires bulk purchase and management of EN590 white road-grade diesel, which will be placed into the bunker network operated by UK Fuels. Council staff will access the purchased fuel via fuel cards issued by providers such as UK Fuels from multiple forecourts across the UK. Ensuring uninterrupted fuel availability is essential to maintain the quality and reliability of services provided by the Council.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nExtensions to the contract may be granted based on satisfactory performance, value for money, and adherence to budgetary constraints. \\r\r\n",
