    "description": "This Framework Agreement is for the delivery of services to manage the collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes in England, Scotland and Wales.\r\n\r\nThere are three types of services which suppliers can supply to us.\r\n\r\nLot 1 (England and Wales only*), The Collection, Slaughter, Salvage and Disposal of Farmed Livestock for TB Control Purposes.\r\n\r\nLot 2: (Scotland only*): The Slaughter, Salvage and Disposal of Farmed Livestock for TB Control Purposes.\r\n\r\nLot 3: (All Regions): The Collection \u0026 Transport of Live Animal.\r\n\r\n*for lots 1 and 2, a supplier can be located outside of these regions, but work will only be to deliver services in the stated regions. For example, a supplier maybe located near the English / Scottish border \u0026 choose to bid for lot 1 or lot 2.\r\n\r\nThe framework is open for use by Defra, APHA, Scottish Government \u0026 Welsh Government. However, in practice we expected APHA will make all, or the majority, of awards under this framework agreement.\r\n\r\nNote on publication of redacted framework agreements: all frameworks were entered into on the basis on the attached template agreement.",
