The need is to replace this equipment, software (licenses) and some professional services for the installation/implementation to cover equipment lifespan contract duration of five years. \r\nThe aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are:  \r\nThe Council wishes to replace the equipment located at its primary and two secondary locations.  \r\nFor prospective supplier\u0027s information, the Primary location is Queens Buildings, Worksop. Whilst the other locations are located at Carlton Forest and Retford. \r\nThe Council\u0027s ICT Strategy is to, where possible, source \u0027on cloud\u0027 accordingly. It would be willing to invite solutions which meets this part of its strategy.  \r\nIt must, however, be pointed out that any proposed solution must satisfy the Council of its obligations and must be able to prove adherence to all relevant data security, sovereignty, PSN and information regulations that apply to us.",
