Peer Support Workers Perinatal Mental Health and Parent Infant Relationships (Family Hub) to enhance the Family Hub offer to further support families with children 0-2yrs on the Isle of Wight, supporting perinatal mental health and parent infant relationships through peer support worker outreach. From 1 September 2024 until 31/03/2025 with the option to extend for a further period/periods up to 31 March 2026.
