    "description": "The trust is a longstanding member of the North East Patches (NEP) Consortium, hosted by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust\r\n\r\nThe provision is that of the Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement SaaS accessed via secure network and associated third party applications which is more cost effective than engaging with some of the larger SaaS providers or host a system locally. \r\n\r\nThe use of the system enables to Trust to effectively order goods and services, and manage its financial obligations whilst satisfying data integrity, governance and audit requirements.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nMembership of the Consortium is subject to an agreement as opposed to a formal contract and concludes in August 2027 as per document signed by the Interim Deputy Director of Finance in March 2020. There is a fee imposed on the Trust to retain membership.",
