    "description": "Groundworks, foundations, paving, drainage and extension of path for new Bandstand with column pitch of 6120mm in diameter in Stangrove Park, Edenbridge.\r\n\r\nThis procurement has been divided into two separate tenders:\r\n\r\nBandstand ground works, including the provision of a suitable concrete base; and\r\n\r\nThe supply and installation of a constructed bandstand.\r\n\r\nThese works may be delivered either by two separate contractors or by a single contractor. Where the contracts are awarded separately, it is expected that both contractors will work collaboratively to agree the final concrete plinth details and coordinate installation requirements accordingly.\r\n\r\nThis project is planned for delivery spring/summer 2026.\r\n\r\nTender documents are available upon request.",
