Description

To standardise, automate, and consolidate the NHS people services through the development of a Strategic Outline Business Case (SOC) and a Target Operating Model (TOM) options appraisal. This initiative aims to address the current fragmented and highly transactional nature of HR services across NHS providers, where inefficiencies such as duplication, manual processes, and a lack of technology use result in reduced productivity, poor staff experience, and increased operational costs.
