    "description": "Thanet District Council is seeking to procure a specialist contractor to demolish existing redundant sports changing facilities located at the Jackey Bakers recreation ground in Ramsgate. The proposed contract will include the provision and installation of a new modular changing room facility and associated internal and external works to commission the new facility.\r\n\r\nThe Contract is anticipated to commence upon 07/03/2025 for a duration of 10 weeks for the \"on site\" installation and commissioning activities.\r\n\r\nImportant Information: All procurement documents are attached to the notice and available from Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk) for suppliers to download and complete according to instructions contained.\r\n\r\nThe procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations.
