    "description": "The London Borough of Hackney is seeking a new Multi-Building Enterprise Level Physical Access Control System to replace its current legacy system.\r\n\r\nThe project will require new software and control equipment hardware.\r\n\r\nThe new system should be capable of, but not limited to the following functionality:\r\nFull access control functionality including photo badging card production\r\nUnlimited scalability\r\nHybrid hardware communication connectivity\r\nExtensive onsite I/O logic processing\r\nCloud software and app operating capabilities\r\nSecure system wide data and communication encryption\r\nSoftware integration capabilities with other systems\r\nOSDP card reader connectivity allowing for card to cloud encryption\r\nMobile phone access control capabilities\r\nQR code access control capabilities\r\n\r\nThe London Borough of Hackney operates its own in-house access control engineering department, which will be responsible for reactive works \u0026 maintenance of the new system. A reactive only (occasionally required) engineer callout facility is also required as part of the tender.",
