    "description": "Dear Sirs,\r\nYou are invited to tender for the above titled project.  The works are to be delivered in two sections under one contract and are broadly outlined below. Further information about the requirements are in the tender documents.\r\n\r\n- Fencing Works - Section 2: The existing fencing and gates (combination of concrete post and wire and palisade) will be removed sequentially to maintain the existing security lines and new PPC weldmesh security fencing installed, including associated pedestrian and vehicular gates. \r\n\r\n- CCTV \u0026 Lighting - Section 1: The works involve installation of new lighting and CCTV installations across key areas of the existing Harpur Hill Site, including associated civil works to provide new LV and data infrastructure.\r\n\r\nThe Invitation to Tender (ITT) and tender documents can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University`s e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The University of Sheffield is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Directive 2014/24/EU) as amended by the Public Procurement (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.\r\nThe University reserves the right from time to time to voluntarily operate under the Public Contract Regulations (as defined above) on a case by case basis.
