    "description": "Provision of Temporary Resource, Yacht Crew Recruitment Services (Reference TTSC3102).\r\n\r\nThe Department for Transport is seeking to put in place an arrangement with a specialised recruitment agency for the provision of high-quality yacht crew with a minimum of two weeks\u0027 notice in relation to sail a large yacht to an identified port that will require qualified and experienced candidates to be matched to the specific task and then to be available on stand-by for one week (to arrive at location port or harbour in South East England, UK, within 3 hours of the alert notification). \r\n\r\nThe agency will focus on delivering the required service, ensuring compliance with maritime industry standards and being responsive and attuned to the specific arrangement and the nature of the inherent risks, challenges and issues.\r\n\r\nThe required services included (but are not limited to):\r\n- Undertake Crew Sourcing and Selection: Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates within two weeks from notification for the various yacht crew positions, which will be confirmed once the minimum manning document for the vessel is available.\r\n- Pre-Employment Screening: Conduct thorough background checks, including certification validation, references etc.\r\n- Interview and Assessment\r\n\r\nThe complete ITT pack including a detailed scope of requirements is accessible via DfTs Procurement platform. \r\n\r\nTo register interest, there are two steps:\r\n1.
