    "description": "This has been awarded under Framework Agreement ref. NOE.0626 for the Provision of Total Waste Management Services III.  \r\n\r\nThis encompasses the collection, segregation, recycling, treatment, transportation and final disposal of domestic, general waste, hazardous (non-healthcare waste) and miscellaneous waste as per best practice guidelines set out in HTM 07-01 management and disposal of healthcare waste.\r\n\r\nThe contractor will monitor healthcare, domestic, general, hazardous (non-healthcare) waste streams from collection to final disposal.  \r\n\r\nHealthcare Waste (includes infectious clinical waste; hazardous waste; offensive/hygiene waste and wastes that are dangerous for carriage).\r\n\r\nHazardous non-healthcare waste refers to hazardous items that fall within the Hazardous Waste Regulations and the European Waste Catalogue.\r\n\r\nThis is also for the provision of a Domestic and General waste collection and treatment/disposal service. \r\n\r\nThis is for the provision of miscellaneous waste collection and disposal services. including but not limited to:\r\n\r\n\u2022\tFood waste\r\n\u2022\tGarden waste\r\n\u2022\tMattresses\r\n\u2022\tScrap metal\r\n\r\nThis is also for the provision of confidential waste collection and disposal services.",
