It enables a quick electronic based method to book in/out and manage temporary visitors, vehicles and permanent staff on a site; this is particularly beneficial with the larger sites with high visitor and permanent staff numbers and enhances site access security over manual paper based methods.\u202f An electronic SAMS system also enables records to be stored which assists with processing regular visitors to a site.\u202f",
