    "description": "The Contracting Authority wish to procure a contract with a three (3)\r\nyear initial term which includes the provision to extend by (1) year at\r\nthe Authority\u0027s discretion. This Contract will ensure the successful\r\nconclusion of the existing grant schemes through continued support\r\nto LAs and stakeholders who are moving into the delivery and\r\noperational phase of their Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (EVI)\r\nprojects. The need to draw upon insights from the 3 capital schemes\r\nto shape future policy and practical delivery of EVI is a key component\r\nto this new Contract. We require a Supplier who has flexibility in\r\napproach and delivery, who can deliver against multiple policy\r\nstreams and has the ability and expertise to pivot workstreams in\r\nresponse to policy priorities. \r\nThe Contract will be primarily focused on delivering ongoing EVI\r\nimplementation guidance, knowledge and training support and\r\nresources to LAs and public organisations. The primary deliverables\r\nfor year 1, in brief are as follows: \r\n1) Ongoing LEVI contract review and implementation support. \r\n2) Ongoing ORCS project completion support. \r\n3) EV Pavement Channels (EVPC) implementation support, supporting\r\nthe EVPC grant. \r\n4) Knowledge support for implementation of EVI for social housing\r\nproviders (SHPs). \r\n5) Ongoing EVI implementation training available for EVI officers at\r\npublic sector organisations, primarily at LAs.",
