    "description": "Invitation to Tender: Castle Pool Infrastructure Upgrade Works\r\nCastle Pool, located in Castle Vale, Birmingham, is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for a package of capital improvement works to enhance the facility\u0027s efficiency, accessibility and user experience. Castle Pool is a well-used community swimming facility serving residents, schools and local organisations. These works are essential to ensure the long-term sustainability of the pool and to maintain it as a valued community asset.\r\nScope of Works\r\nThe works to be delivered under this tender include:\r\n\u2022\tReplacement of the existing air handling unit to improve ventilation, reduce energy usage and regulate humidity levels.\r\n\u2022\tInstallation of modern LED lighting throughout the building to improve energy efficiency, lighting quality and safety.\r\n\u2022\tRefurbishment of poolside and changing area showers, including installation of modern, water-efficient units and associated fixtures.\r\nContractors are encouraged to propose cost-effective, durable and energy-efficient solutions.
