    "description": "We are inviting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced subcontractors for the design and build of a new serviced pitch site as part of the Lower Thames Crossing programme.\r\n\r\nScope of Works\r\nThe package will include:\r\n\r\nBuilding 21 serviced pitches, each with gas and electrical connections.\r\nInstalling drainage across the site.\r\nProviding and setting up a CCTV system.\r\nCompleting all works to deliver a fully operational site.\r\n\r\nWhat We\u0027re Looking For\r\nSubcontractors should be able to:\r\n\r\nManage the full design and build process.\r\nInstall utilities and drainage to a high standard.\r\nDeliver the project safely and on time.\r\nWork in line with health, safety, and quality requirements.\r\n\r\nExperience \u0026 Standards\r\nWe are looking for companies with:\r\n\r\nPrevious experience on similar projects.\r\nStrong health, safety, and environmental practices.\r\nQuality management systems and relevant certifications.\r\nAbility to support social value and sustainability goals.\r\n\r\nNext Steps\r\nIf you are interested and would like more details, including pre-qualification requirements and tender timelines, please respond to this notice by 15 December 2025.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The Lower Thames Crossing (LTC) is a new road to better connect Essex and Kent through a tunnel beneath the River Thames.
