These are to to be carried out on behalf of the Councils Building Services (H\u0026N) department to ensure we maintain full compliance with current legislation.\r\n\r\nThis was tendered as a Call Off Competition. Contractors appointed to Lot 10 of the Fusion21 Heating, Renewables and Electrical Framework (2024 -28 for Yorkshire and Humber) were invited to bid. \r\n\r\nA link to the Framework Contract Notice is here: www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/028807-2023\r\n\r\nThe initial term is for 24 months with the option to extend this twice (2 x 12 months), up to a maximum contract period of 48 months.",
