    "description": "Carterton Town Council (CTC) is inviting tenders for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (2015).\r\n\r\nThe Contract will run from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030, comprising an initial term of 3 years (to 31 March 2028), with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years, subject to performance, price and mutual agreement. \r\n\r\nCarterton\u0027s Ground Maintenance Services are split into 5 lots:\r\nLot 1 - Grass Cutting (\u00a3125,000 over 5 years)\r\nLot 2- Litter, Bins and General Maintenance (\u00a3160,000 over 5 years)\r\nLot 3 - Hedges and Footpaths (\u00a325,000 over 5 years)\r\nLot 4 - Flowers and Shrubs (\u00a345,000 over 5 years)\r\nLot 5 - Black Bourton Cemetery (17,500 over 5 years)\r\n\r\nTenderers are invited to submit tenders for one, multiple or all of the above lots. They may also propose combined bids for multiple lots, detailing any efficiencies or added value provided by delivering multiple lots together.\r\n\r\nTender responses (schedule 3) must be returned by email or post to the Town Clerk by 4pm on Friday 7 February.",
