Description

Surrey County Council (SCC) is required to have each SCC property asset to be formally valued at least once in every 5 year cycle. On this basis approx. 20% of the portfolio is revalued each year, and subsequently recorded on SCC's Balance sheet.  SCC is required to have an Asset Valuation Services supplier appointed as part of its statutory duty.
