Tender is scheduled to be Published via the Delta eSourcing Platform on the 13th of February 2026\r\n\r\nPlease email Lewis.atkinson@londonenergyltd.com to declare interest and to be included in the tender invite when it is published. \r\n\r\nThe Service:\r\nLondonEnergy wish to invite suppliers to bid for the acceptance, treatment and disposal of the following service and/material streams: Mixed Municipal Waste 20 03 01\r\nThe tender shall be split into four LOTs\r\n\u2022\tThe contract term for LOTS 1-3 shall run from 6th April 2026 -  1st September 2026\r\n\u2022\tThe contract term for LOT 4 shall run from 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2027 \r\n\r\n1.\tBorough Delivery of Mixed Municipal waste - 10,000t\r\n\u2022\tScope: Local Authority collection teams to deliver 10,000t mixed municipal waste\r\n\u2022\tDuration: 6th of April - 1st September 2026\r\n\u2022\tDelivery: Delivery via Local Authority RCV, approx. payload 5t\r\nSuppliers should be situated no further than 5     miles of NW10 OUX\r\nor  5 miles from N18 3AG    \r\n\u2022\tFrequency: Weekly delivery is equivalent of c. 500t \r\n\u2022\tTreatment: Where not directly delivered to EfW, all non-recyclable fractions must be treated via Energy from Waste\r\n\r\n2.\tBorough Delivery of Mixed Municipal waste - 10,000t\r\n\u2022\tScope: Local Authority collection teams to deliver 10,000t mixed municipal waste\r\n\u2022\tDuration: 6th of April - 1st September 2026\r\n\u2022\tDelivery: Delivery via Local Authority RCV, approx. payload 5t\r\nSuppliers should be situated no further than 5     miles of NW10 OUX\r\nor  5 miles from N18 3AG    \r\n\u2022\tFrequency: Weekly delivery is equivalent of c. 500t \r\n\u2022\tTreatment: Where not directly delivered to EfW, all non-recyclable fractions must be treated via Energy from Waste\r\n\r\n3.\tLondonEnergy Delivery of Mixed Municipal waste - 12,500t\r\n\u2022\tScope: LondonEnergy Bulk Haulage to deliver 10,000t mixed municipal waste\r\n\u2022\tDuration: 6th of April - 1st September 2026\r\n\u2022\tDelivery: Delivery via LondonEnergy Bulk Haulage, approx. payload 24t \r\nSuppliers should be situated within 80 miles of NW10 OUX\r\n\u2022\tFrequency: Weekly delivery is equivalent of c. 750t per week\r\n\u2022\tTreatment: Where not directly delivered to EfW, all non-recyclable fractions must be treated via Energy from Waste\r\n\r\n4\tAd-hoc Delivery of Mixed Municipal waste - 10,000t\r\n\u2022\tScope: LondonEnergy to deliver 10,000t mixed municipal waste to support unplanned outage\r\n\u2022\tDuration: 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2027\r\n\u2022\tFrequency: No set weekly volume.
