    "description": "A Vehicle recovery contractor is required for the Lower Thames Crossing - Kent Roads. These works are likely to be required from Autumn 2025.\r\nThe work consists of the following elements:\r\nProvide vehicle recovery for both Heavy and Light vehicles with the option of an IPV if required. Contractors must have previous experience of working on the National Highways network and have depots in proximity to the scheme. \r\nThe operatives involved in the works shall be Competent with relevant qualifications and competency cards (Lantra/CSCS) and have a Highway Passport.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Please complete the attached expression of interest form and return to eleanor.clarke@skanska.co.uk",
