    "description": "The Council issued a Request for Information to all suppliers on Lot 2 (Hire of LCVs up to 3.5T, 4x4s, HGVs from 3.5T - 7.5T) of the CCS Vehicle Hire Solutions Framework (ref RM6265), on 14 February 2025.  \r\n\r\nA desktop exercise was conducted on the information returned along with the standard rates provided within the CCS framework.\r\n\r\nEnterprise were identified as the supplier able to meet the Council\u0027s objectives, at the lowest cost.  The direct award option within the framework was therefore utilised.  \r\n\r\nEnterprise were also awarded Lot 5 (Car Share) as the only provider offering a Car Share scheme within Norwich.\r\n\r\nThis is a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 12 months.",
