Description

The requirement builds on a previously commissioned and published study on the impact of DBT support. Due to a change in DBT's delivery model, the inception of new services could have altered firms' patterns of usage and how they are accessed (e.g. digital vs. face-to-face) therefore to understand the effectiveness and particular types of DBT support, we need to consider the impact of the new system of support as a whole.
