This means that we have various public facing services that must continue during a business disruption.\r\nWe take Business Continuity very seriously, and we have robust plans and procedures in place. All plans and procedures are reviewed annually, to ensure that we are in line with national guidance and any new or current threat. We currently align to the ISO 22301 standard; however, we are not looking to implement this standard.\r\nThe Compliance Team manage business continuity across the organisation and have a stable structure in place, with 49 Business Continuity Champions.\r\nThe successful provider will have a role in ensuring that the Compliance team are kept up to date with any change in best practice, along with working with the Compliance team to enhance current procedures.",
