    "description": "The Department for Business and Trade  would like to understake a recruitment trial and an advice trial. The requirement is, to evaluate the effectiveness of different advisory approaches and recruitment strategies, to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) increase their levels of digital adoption. \u202f  \r\n\r\nThe requirement and subsequent contract shall be for a period of two (2) years and two (2) months, with the option to extend by six (6) months. The estimated value for the contract is \u00a3500,000.00 for the initial contract period and is exclusive of VAT.  If the contract is extended, the estimated value for the extension period will be \u00a3110,000.00 and is exclusive of VAT.  \r\n\r\nThis Procurement is being carried out in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 under the under the CCS Framework RM6126 Research \u0026 Insights. Tenderers can submit a tender as part of a proposed consortium or with named sub-contractors, but the tender must be submitted by a single legal entity that will represent the consortium or group of economic operators.",
