    "description": "Homes England is currently seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for the provision of landscape maintenance services for sites in Peterborough. This contract is envisaged to have duration of 24 months, plus 12 months extension on written instruction, subject to satisfactory performance.\r\n\r\nPrior to Tendering, Suppliers should ensure that they have the availability and capacity to commence and deliver the Service within a timely manner.\r\n\r\nThis contract is a performance based, the performance of which will be monitored via Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u0027s).\r\n\r\nAdditional information: \r\nThe opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
