    "description": "HCC requires a 3rd party software support service for all Microsoft server and desktop products in use within HCC. \r\n\r\nIn 2023 HCC IT decided to trial the use of a 3rd Party offering to provide Microsoft Unified Support as the market for alternatives was growing. Following a mini competition exercise, a contract was put in place for a 2 month proof of concept from December 2023 to February 2024 and, following a successful trial, the contract was extended for a maximum of 2 years to February 2026 .\r\nThe contract with the 3rd party supplier is coming to an end and HCC requires a replacement.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: This requirement was procured using the Kent Commercial Services Software and Associated Services Framework Y23065",
