Southend-on-Sea City Council are looking to procure a Roadworks permitting and management solution (one.network) and additional module for contract Management. The one.network platform for managing Street works and showing any conflicts that are within the City, this includes diversion routes, events notices, Section 58 notices (where utilities are not allowed to excavate). Shows any historic works that took place, so customer services to check for old works rather the highways team. Has a feature to send news and updates for anyone that joins the to mailing list.
