Description

In November 2024, Housing Needs completed a procurement for Housing Related Support which, due to budget cuts, lead to the loss of 101 units of supported accommodation in Peterborough across 3 providers, Longhurst, YMCA Timestop and Futures. Recognising the ongoing need for supported accommodation across the city, we worked with those providers on alternative uses for their accommodation.
