    "description": "Dudley MBC\u0027s Housing Maintenance Team (HMT) has a requirement  for the repair and replacement of wholesome water services above and below ground, to include large-scale water pipelines e.g. multi-occupancy buildings, flats, schools and offices to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough.  \r\n      \r\n      The Council is looking for a single contractor to provide these services for a continuous cycle of services over a 3 year\u0027s period with an option of a no-fault break clause after 12 months. The contract is to provide all the following services:\r\n      o Location of underground burst.\r\n      o Provide entry of service into property where required, including all builders work to make good.\r\n      o Repair water service pipes, any size, any depth, where required.\r\n      o Alternatively, replace existing service by means of moling.\r\n      o Repair or replace stop taps, guard chambers or surface boxes including making good surround.",
