The external facade requires various repairs including but not limited to External columns L00 Prepare and coat with Intercure 99 polyaspartic DTM to match existing colour. PPC façade panels, louvres and external doors L00 Deep clean, abrade and apply Intercure 99 single coat DTM mask and reinstate ironmongery labels. Vehicle barriers L00 Refix align end caps prepare and restore hazard striping and gloss system to match existing. More details to be discussed upon engagement. Approx programme start Q2 2026 Note, the Design stage report attached may have additional opportunities that may be appropriate for your company. About the buyer's selection process Minimum to be part of the Common Assessment Standard Constructionline Gold, CHAS Elite etc. Airport experience or security clearances preferable.
