    "description": "Removal and disposal of existing chainmail fencing and posts surrounding the dog park.\r\n\r\nMain Park Area\r\n\r\nInstallation of approx. 336m of fencing around the perimeter of the dog park\r\n\r\n1.8m high galvanised mesh, optional powder coating, to be used above ground \r\n\r\nInstallation of metal posts with 2.4m spacing, concreted at least 40cm deep.\r\n\r\nThe fence needs to be deer-proof and meet the dog park building standards as follows:\r\n\r\nFencing must be:\r\n\r\nstrong and rigid\r\nin good repair to prevent an escape\r\ndig proof\r\nGaps or apertures must be small enough to prevent a dog\u0027s head passing through, or entrapment of any limb or body parts. Square mesh size must not exceed 50 millimetres by 50 millimetres, and chain link must not exceed 75 millimetres by 50 millimetres. The diameter of the wire must not be thinner than 2 millimetres (British Standard 14 gauge welded mesh).\r\n\r\nA secondary run of 1m high mesh to be installed around the perimeter, buried at least 40cm in the ground, to prevent badgers. \r\n\r\nTrenching for the secondary run to be dug, and backfilled with soil \u0026 grass seeding as required.\r\n\r\n1 single pedestrian gate (1.2m wide) including posts \r\n1 single-vehicle gate (3.4m wide) including gate posts\r\n\r\nInner-Secured Dog Area\r\n\r\nInstallation of 48m of fencing to create a sectioned-off (puppy/nervous dog) area inside the newly fenced dog park\r\n\r\n1.8m high galvanised mesh, in keeping with the perimeter fencing to be used above ground \r\n\r\nInstallation of metal posts with 2.4m spacing, concreted at least 40cm deep.\r\n\r\n1 single pedestrian gate (1.2m wide) including posts\r\n1 single-vehicle gate (3.4m wide) including gate posts\r\n\r\nBridge Entrance\r\n\r\nThe entranceway over the bridge should be bordered with 1m high fencing with a 1m high entrance gate to prevent escape onto the highway.\r\n\r\n*** Please note all gates and fencing should be 1.8 meters high except for the badger-proof fencing and the bridge entrance.\r\n\r\nDog Park Location https://w3w.co/shine.awaiting.emeralds\r\n\r\nSee the updated diagram of the required layout.\r\n\r\nTenders should be sent to the Contact Details below before the deadline.\r\n\r\nApplications will be reviewed on price, quality, references, timeline, strategy of delivery, and warranty options.
