The May launch covered the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) functionality, with additional work required between 0-6, 6-12, or 12+ months in the product backlog.\r\nOfgem requires the supplier to complete a discovery exercise on the end to end service to fully understand the current issues and evaluate the work remaining to provide recommendations on priority.",
