    "description": "HM Land Registry has awarded a contract for services that will support participant recruitment for user research studies.  HM Land Registry\u0027s research involves a wide range of users, including citizens navigating the homebuying process, landlords, and small business owners and will include users from underrepresented groups and individuals with access needs. The recruitment practices will be inclusive reaching diverse participant profiles and will be carried out in line with ethical standards and relevant data protection regulations, including the UK GDPR. The supplier will adapt to evolving study needs, and provide high-quality, dependable recruitment services that enable inclusive and impactful user research. \r\nThe supplier is responsible for sourcing participants who meet specific research criteria, managing logistics such as scheduling and communication, and, where required, administering participant incentives. Participants may be required to take part in both remote and in-person research sessions, depending on the study. For remote sessions, the supplier may be asked to conduct basic tech checks to ensure participants are able to join and take part effectively. \r\n\r\nThe contract was sourced via Further Competition RM1043.8 Digital Outcomes 6 Lot 3 User Research Participants. The estimated total contract value is \u00a380,000.00 (ex VAT). The initial term of the contract is 12 months and includes an optional 12 month extension until 12th October 2027 at HMLR\u0027s sole discretion.",
