    "description": "We are looking to procure copywriter services for Good Cause Summaries.  The Lottery Good Cause Summaries are the standard format for sharing project successes across the entire National Lottery family, creating a unified approach to celebrating the difference National Lottery funding makes in communities everywhere. The National Lottery Heritage Fund needs to produce a regular flow of good cause summaries that cover projects we have funded across the UK and cover a range of heritage types and sizes of grant.  We are looking to appoint one (1) or more suppliers to provide the services further details are included in the Invitation to Tender document.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The date and time provided at item 10 Deadline for Expressions of Interest - is the date and time for the receipt of Tenders. All clarification questions and tender returns must be submitted through the Delta E- tendering Portal.\r\n        Responses to clarification questions will be issued in batches and sent through the Delta portal and bidders should ensure that they check in regularly for these.\r\n        Item 9 - Estimated value of requirement please note that the Heritage Fund has a maximum budget and this is detailed in the ITT.\r\n        The start and finish date provided in this notice is for information purposes only and may change.",
