    "description": "1) MEP Design\r\n      2) MEP install\r\n      \r\n      \u2022\tNew Air Handling Unit within plant room including supply and extract ductwork to internal and external (including any modifications to existing louvres), CHW, LTHW and drainage connections.\r\n      \u2022\tNew or modified supply and extract ductwork,  all ductwork ancillaries, plant and insulation. Temporary capping to be provided where required for phasing purposes. \r\n      \u2022\tNew or modified CHW/LTHW and drainage pipework and insulation. (including design of any associated anchors and expansion devices.\r\n      \u2022\tNew fan coil units (FCU), condensate pumps and associated condensate drainage.\r\n      \u2022\tReinstallation of any retained FCUs, in Office 1, these FCUs are to be removed in another scope and will be provided to the Subcontractor by the Contractor. The Subcontractor shall allow for recertifying the existing FCUs prior to installation.\r\n      \u2022\tModifications to the smoke extract system, including dampers.\r\n      \u2022\tInstall the primary Unistrut grid within the retail units \r\n      \u2022\tAll new or modified containment routes\r\n      \u2022\tSmall power\r\n      \u2022\tLighting and emergency lighting, including modifications to the lighting power track\r\n      \u2022\tModifications to the modular wiring system",
