    "description": "Services provided under this EAP contract are made up of two distinct elements:\r\n1)\tCore Service which is a Fully Comprehensive EAP based on Employee Headcount for all BTP/BTPA staff to include but not limited to 6 Counselling/ CBT sessions (depending upon the clinical need) for each BTP employee per year; An Employee Helpdesk and Triage Support.\r\n2)\tAdditional Services (discretionary services) such as, Trauma and Critical Incident Support, Health Awareness, Mediation and Health Kiosks, where any future subsequent financial expenditure will be dependent on necessity and variable demand (\u0027as and when basis\u0027). \r\nvia ESPO Framework 985B_23 Occupational Health Services: Lot 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP)\r\nMANDATORY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS:\r\nOnline Portal and App;\r\nTelephone, triage and support services which will include, but is not limited to:\r\n\u2022 Advice and support;\r\n\u2022 Bullying and harassment support;\r\n\u2022 Whistleblowing services; and Management support services.\r\nCoaching and counselling services including therapeutic interventions and case management;\r\nMediation;\r\nTrauma and critical incident support;\r\nInteractive health kiosks;\r\nPolicy guidance and trend management;\r\nHealth and wellbeing promotion and awareness;\r\nBullying and Harassment Support;\r\nHealth and Wellbeing Publicity and Promotion Awareness\r\nCase Management and Referrals; and\r\nSocial Value Deliverables\r\nThe Contract value covers the initial three (3) year Term\r\n\r\nAdditional information: Framework used:\r\nESPO Framework 985B_23 Occupational Health Services: Lot 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP)",
