    "description": "ARK Group DMCC intends to procure twelve (12) Off-road motorcycles. Preferably Kawasaki KLX 300 or suitable alternatives. The motorcycles will be used at a newly established Tactical Police Training Centre for the Haitian National Police (HNP) in northern Haiti. This is an urgent requirement, and ARK is seeking offers from suppliers who can supply the motorcycles with short lead times. Delivery must be made under Incoterms CIF: Cap Hatien although ARK will also consider EX-Works.\r\n\r\nInterested suppliers should email procurement@arkgroupdmcc.com to request a copy of the tender document and confirm that they meet the following criteria:\r\n\r\nYou are an authorised supplier of motorcycles (no agents or resellers)\r\nPlease mention if you are ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) certified\r\nThe level of your experience in supplying similar orders to government or non-government organisations, or large institutions.\r\nCapacity and experience of delivery to clients in remote regions. \r\n\r\nDisclaimer\r\n\r\nARK reserves the right to modify or cancel this procurement process at any stage without obligation or liability to bidders.",
