    "description": "The University of Manchester (UoM) is currently investigating alternative ePortfolio platforms/tools against our incumbent solution PebblePad and  recent review highlighted the need for a more integrated, inclusive, and accessible infrastructure, with a focus on flexibility, data integration, and support.\r\n      \r\n      This request for information may be used to shortlist suppliers for a subsequent closed procurement exercise.  \r\n      \r\n      The University of Manchester no longer meets the criteria of a \u0027body governed by public law\u0027 and is therefore not considered a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and/or any replacement legislation. As a result, the University of Manchester will no longer be subject to the regime contained in The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and/or any replacement legislation with effect from 1 August 2023.
