    "description": "The Government Office for Technology Transfer (\"GOTT\") are looking for a supplier \r\nto carry out up to a maximum of 5 Knowledge Asset (\"KA\") Reviews of public sector \r\norganisations (or distinct areas within a public sector organisation), as per the \r\nspecification outlined below. \r\nThe purpose of these Reviews is to identify and evaluate opportunities for KA \r\ncommercialisation within each organisation, and produce a report for both GOTT and \r\nour client organisations that prioritises the commercialisation opportunities \r\nidentified. \r\nWe require a feedback session following each review, delivered to both GOTT and \r\nthe client organisation. This session should present the report findings and share \r\norganisational insights gained during the review.\r\nWe also require a training session to be delivered to each client organisation on how \r\nthe inventory of opportunities could be maintained and how new opportunities could \r\nbe assessed and prioritised. Proposals for systems or methods, should ideally within \r\nthe organisations current capabilities, without reliance on proprietary platforms, \r\nsystems or software).",
