    "description": "The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the development of new residential properties consisting of eight (8) no. units, with associated car parking and landscaping.\\r\r\nThe existing structure has already been demolished.\\r\r\nThe time on site is anticipated to be up to 52 weeks, to start as soon as possible and ideally by March 2025.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nThe successfully awarded Contractor will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nTenderers should note that site access can be facilitated on 28th October at 1pm or 30th October at 9am for those who have expressed an interest via the NEPO Portal in advance. Please confirm your attendance within the messaging section of the NEPO Portal, providing Attendees names and contact numbers and the date you are attending.\\r\r\n\\r\r\nTenderers must pay attention to the requirements as set out in the full Tender pack.
