    "description": "Historic England requires a professional, reliable and discrete washroom hygiene service which supplies sanitary bins, nappy bins and air fresheners on hire, and services them as required.\r\n      \r\n      Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings is an historic site which has been a major regeneration project by Historic England since 2005. It is now a multi-use site composed of eight listed buildings, including a museum, caf\u00e9 and commercial office space. The site\u0027s occupancy has recently increased and is likely to increase further in the future.\r\n      \r\n      The visitor centre and caf\u00e9 are open fifty-two weeks of the year. Both run a seven-day operation in high season and school holidays and a five-day operation in low season. High season is typically from Easter through to the end of October, although this can vary. The opening hours for the caf\u00e9 and Visitor centre are 10am to 4pm. The tenants who occupy the commercial office space have access 7 days a week, year-round.
