The supplier is a Derby based Social enterprise, wholly owned by a Derbyshire charity, with a high positive social value \u0026 CSR impact, creating meaningful employment for refugees (paying the Real Living Wage), within the immediate locality of the building (with 90% of staff located within walking distance of the building).\r\n\r\nThis contract award aligns to the University\u0027s strategic goals, including social mobility, and ensures that our Civic responsibilities to provide local benefit can be maximised.",
