Direct award to Morgan Consult and Advisory is requested to ensure timely delivery of the above projects.  \\r\r\n\\r\r\nProject Manager from Morgan Consult and Advisory is currently working on the above projects and has developed a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders alongside a detailed knowledge of project requirements.  \\r\r\n",
