    "description": "The City of London School for Girls is a highly regarded girls school located in the prestigious Barbican Estate within a grade 2 listed building.\r\n\r\nThe proposed works cover a range of improvement and maintenance related works to both the internal areas and the external parts. Externally works are to include improvements to the working at height systems, roof remedial works, replacement of high-level windows and structural repairs to the two bridges providing access into the school. Internally new physics labs and preparation areas are to be created together with improved medical room facilities. \r\n\r\nThese works are to be carried out so as to provide a safe clean watertight environment for the staff and pupils whilst the changes to provide new physics labs and medical rooms are o provided to allow the school to continue to expand and to develop further an excellent educational environment.",
