    "description": "Babcock Land Defence Limited (BLDL), acting as Agent for the Ministry of Defence (MOD) has awarded a Single Source Qualifying Defence Contract to Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) for the Repair and Overhaul of Various Fire Suppression Repairable Assets and Associated Items, for the CR2, CRARRV, Titan/Trojan (T2), Warrior, Bulldog, CVR(T) , BRV and Terrier platforms.\r\n\r\nA contract duration of 2 years with 2 x 1 option years should this be required and subject to satisfactory supplier performance. The Authority reserves the right to add items of a similar nature to the contract during its lifetime.\r\n\r\nIt is considered that this Contract can be placed using the Negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Regulation 16(1)(a)(ii) of the UK Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 - L\u0027Hotellier are the original equipment manufacturer and the owner of the design drawing/information, technical specifications and technical expertise (\"technical knowhow\") required to supply and to undertake proof testing of this article and have confirmed that RBSL is their nominated UK Agent.",
