Description
Provision of Retrofit Assessment and Design Services delivered as part of a suite of managed support services offered by WMCA to local authorities and registered providers of social housing. This requirement was run as a Call-Off Competition under the Procure Plus Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Retrofit Delivery Programmes - Lot 4: Retrofit assessment and surveying, PAS2035:2023 compliance and retrofit project management services. Each call-off contract awarded will have an assigned maximum potential value of work orders which can be raised against it. Contract duration will be 32 months, plus 2 x 12-month options to extend.
