    "description": "The award of the contract relates to legal advisor services for the Pimlico District Heating Undertaking (PDHU) renewal. The procurement was a competitive call-off process under the London Borough Legal Alliance (LBLA). The award of contract will see a legal advisor with a broad range of in-house services support the PDHU renewal programme, with legal advice across property, housing, energy, environment, planning, public procurement, commercial, construction, statutory consultation, finance and more. \r\n\r\n\r\nThe Contract Period will be for the full PDHU Programme across RIBA Stage 1 to 7, which is anticipated to run for 8-10 years. The contract is based on a schedule of rates and flexible scope so that services can be undertaken as and when required over the programme. The Council has set an an indicative contract value of \u00a3700,000 ex VAT with an initial contract term of 7 years, however, expects the term and expenditure will correlate directly with the programme and the evolving scope of services. The contract period may exceed the anticipated term and the contract value may exceed the indicative contract value.",
